I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of experience in nursing, psychiatry, and integrative mental health care. My clinical background spans acute, outpatient, and community-based settings, with a long-standing focus on trauma-informed, whole-person care.

My formal education includes registered nursing training and undergraduate studies in liberal arts and integrative health, followed by graduate-level preparation in psychiatric nursing. Over the course of my career, I have pursued advanced training in integrative psychiatry, clinical hypnotherapy, nervous-system–based approaches, and homeopathy, alongside mentorship with senior clinicians in trauma, depth psychology, and integrative healing.
