Embracing New Beginnings: Aligning with Values and Choosing Love

Updated: Feb 18

As we step into the New Year, it's a time for fresh starts and new strategies. However, before diving into change, it's crucial to reflect on our core values. Understanding why we want to change and what values this change aligns with is essential for meaningful progress. If we skip this step, we risk sabotaging our efforts.

Determining Your Values:

Values often reside deep within our subconscious. To uncover them, consider these steps:

  1. Reflect on Past Experiences: Identify moments when you felt truly fulfilled or proud. What values were present?

  2. Identify Role Models: Think about people you admire. What values do they embody that resonate with you?

  3. Explore Your Passions: What activities or causes ignite your passion? These often align with your core values.

Practicing the Feeling State:

It's imperative to practice not just the actions but also the feeling state you wish to embody. Consider how you want to feel as you pursue your goals. This emotional alignment enhances the overall vibration you're working towards.

Choosing Love Over Fear:

As you create new practices, visions, or goals, choose love over fear. Ask yourself:

  • Are my decisions rooted in love and growth or fear and limitation?

  • How can I infuse love into my daily actions and intentions?

By aligning with your values and choosing love, you set a strong foundation for transformation. Embrace this journey with an open heart, and let your values guide you toward a fulfilling and harmonious year ahead.
